How much are the shipping costs?

Within Spain (except Balearic and Canary Islands): € 5.00

For the rest of the European Union: € 10.00

For the rest of the world: € 20.00


How long does it take to ship?

Standard delivery within Spain (except Balearic and Canary Islands) is 1-3 business days from the time you ship your order.

Delivery times for deliveries outside of Spain is 3-7 business days from the moment you send your order.

Are returns free?

If we have sent your package to Spain (except the Balearic and Canary Islands), the return is free for you. And if you have made your purchase from Germany through Avocado, the return is free for you.


Outside of Spain (except Balearic and Canary Islands), we are unfortunately still unable to offer free return shipping. Your return must be paid and sent to:

How can I return something?

As soon as you have received your delivery, you may return the items to us within 21 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


If the products have traces of makeup, deodorant or stains / contamination / dirt on them, we cannot accept the return.

Remember that some products (eg masks) are excluded from the return for hygienic reasons. And this is how it works


1.- Send us an email to info@bloi.es indicating:

  1. Order number.
  2. Name of the item to be returned.
  3. Address where you want the package to be collected.
  4. On what days you will be home so it can be picked up.

2- Prepare the package:

Place the items in their original packaging and paste the new label that we will send you by email.

3- Return:

The carrier will pick up the package at the address where you have indicated in your email.

4-Refund: Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email and we will refund the money. It can take up to 15 business days from when you deliver the package and receive the refund.


What can I do if I have received a defective item?

We are sorry that you have received a defective item. You can easily return the item. Send us an email to info@bloi.es indicating the reason for the return.


When can I expect a refund?

We try to be as quick as possible with your refund. Refund is usually made within 14 days after the returned items are received by our logistic partner.


Can I return two returns in one package?

For sustainability reasons, of course we would be delighted to do so. However, you should note that only items with the proper return label are insured. In the event that the package is lost or there is other damage in shipment, part of your return would not be insured.
